On Monday, December 16, Meydenbauer Center will feature “Magical Strings – A Celtic Yuletide” with the spectacular musical talent of the internationally recognized Boulding family and their friends.
The festive performance will feature Celtic music and Irish dancing that is sure to get the entire audience in the Yuletide spirit!
This joyful holiday concert promises to be fun for the whole family! Before the performance, you can enjoy great dining nearby at Wild Ginger, John Howie Steak and El Gaucho, or Purple Café and Wine Bar.
About the Boulding Family
The musically gifted Boulding family has come together for this special Yuletide concert for more than 35 years. The tradition continues this year as three generations of the Boulding family unite to bring holiday cheer to the Bellevue area. Magical Strings showcases the Celtic harp and other fine instruments from around the world and captivates audiences with traditional Celtic arrangements, original compositions and a vibrant flair.

Bellevue’s Magic Season, which lasts through Jan. 12, will feature a variety of winter events for the whole family! The Theatre at Meydenbauer will be the setting of many of those events, including the Holiday Pops Concert presented by the Sammamish Symphony Orchestra on Friday, Dec. 6; Good Cheer presented by Bellevue Girlchoir on Saturday, Dec. 7; and a holiday concert presented by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, Dec. 8.
In addition to these fun holiday concerts will be the International Ballet Theatre’s presentation of The Nutcracker on Dec. 13-15 featuring classical ballet, exquisite costuming and theatrical pageantry.
