We have experienced staff on site every day to help you with trade show exhibitor services or the full range of audiovisual equipment.

Audio Visual Factory (AV Factory) is the preferred in-house supplier of audiovisual services at Meydenbauer Center and they are the exclusive operators of the Meydenbauer Center house sound system. As a full-service audiovisual company, AV Factory will provide all of your audio visual rental equipment, as well as video projection, teleconferencing, show production, staging, lighting packages, and professional technicians on site throughout your event to assist with all your audiovisual needs. Your Guest Services Manager is your single point of contact for all of your event planning including ordering audiovisual equipment.

The following presentation equipment and utilities are included in your room rental:

One solid wood lectern-including clock/timer, dimming light and gooseneck microphone stand
One standard microphone on stand or lectern
One pull-down projection screen (fixed locations)
One tripod easel
One registration telephone-digital line for local and toll-fee calls
Two 20-amp electrical connections for event management purposes (registration, name tag printers, communications devices, etc.

For those who select an outside audiovisual company, your outside audiovisual company may bring in their own stand-alone sound system for voice amplification and/or recording in meeting rooms. If your audiovisual company chooses to use Meydenbauer Center's sound system, there will be a per room, per day use fee (patch fee) to offset the staff costs for operating and maintaining the sound system. You will also need to purchase electrical service to power the equipment provided by your outside audio visual company

With the use of Meydenbauer Center's house sound system, we will provide one complimentary microphone for your meeting's needs. You may order additional microphones from AV Factory or your contracted audiovisual company. When using an outside audiovisual company, you must confirm use of house sound with your Guest Services Manager at least 30 days in advance so AV Factory can plan accordingly.
