The Bellevue Convention Sales Group (BCSG) represents Seattle's Eastside, Bellevue Hotels and Meydenbauer Convention Center. Our Convention Sales Managers look forward to introducing you to Bellevue and all that this vibrant, sophisticated city has to offer convention groups. The BCSG offers meeting planners one point of contact to all of the hotels and meeting venues in Bellevue.
The BCSG is a group managed by the Bellevue Convention Center Authority, is supported by the Bellevue Hotel & Motel taxes and does not charge a commission to planners or hoteliers. However, they will help you qualify your group and will only send your bid out to hotels you have requested or to hotels that fit your needs. Because we work very closely with area hotels on each piece of business, we can get larger blocks of rooms or negotiate rates on your behalf. Using our services is the best way to save time when planning a conference or convention. The BCSG represents all Bellevue hotels and its main goal is to keep your hotel rooms in Bellevue, therefore as long as your group has more than 150 rooms on peak night, we will assist you with hotels proposals whether you need meeting space in Bellevue or not.
The BCSG will collect all bids (unless you prefer to get each proposal sent directly to you) and combine them in one simple proposal where you can see the rooms and blocks available to your group. They can work on a very specific proposal and get all the information on an easy way to compare, whether you want special staff room rates, need other concessions or want a commissionable or net rate.
