- Provide a master information packet including hotel bids, a Meydenbauer Center proposal and other area information
- Coordinate, schedule and escort local site inspections to the convention center and area hotels
- Provide information on other group entertainment and dining venues
- Promote Bellevue to potential attendees to help build interest in Bellevue
- Supply collateral materials such as visitor's guides, dining guides, shopping information and maps.
- Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements and shuttle programming
- Provide post-convention room night pick-up reports
