Bellevue is a rapidly growing city in King County Washington, centrally located just across Lake Washington from Seattle. The city lies between Lake Washington to the West and the smaller Lake Sammamish to the east. Bellevue is bordered by the cities of Kirkland to the North and Redmond to the Northeast.

Reaching Bellevue from Seattle involves a 9-mile drive across one of two floating bridges (Interstate 90 and State Route 520.) Interstate 405 runs north and south through Bellevue and is the quickest route to Sea-Tac International Airport located just 17 miles to the south.

The Cascade mountains are less than a one hour drive east on Interstate 90 with easy access to hiking, sightseeing and other outdoor pursuits.

The Woodinville wine country is a 15 minute drive from downtown Bellevue and home to more than 20 wineries. Click on Explore Bellevue for more destination amenities and sightseeing options.
