Event Publicity Form

We are looking forward to your upcoming event at Meydenbauer Center. The purpose of this form is to gather some additional information to use in our communications to your guests and the public about your event. Event communications may include listings on our Web site, in our quarterly newsletter and in releases to the media. Your responses in this form will ensure that published event information best represents how you would like your event described. Please return this form at your earliest convenience. Deadlines for several publications are three to four months in advance of events.

All Meydenbauer Center events are listed on our telephone information line within 7 days of the event, and on lobby signs posted throughout the building the day of your event. This is a service for your attendees. This is a free service provided for you.
