Parking Alert
As Downtown Bellevue goes through a transformation that includes numerous construction projects, the community faces parking and traffic challenges. Meydenbauer Center provides the following information to ease your arrival and departures at Meydenbauer Center.
We anticipate there are upcoming dates when Meydenbauer Center's parking garage will fill and some event attendees will be directed to offsite parking. On these dates you may wish to consider carpooling or proceeding directly to any of the parking options below rather than coming to Meydenbauer Center directly.
Parking Options
Meydenbauer Center's parking garage is located at 11100 NE 6th St. It does not accommodate vehicles over 6'9" tall. There are times when Meydenbauer Center's garage fills and event attendees will be directed to other parking in the vicinity.

Bellevue Corporate Plaza Garage
Located at NE 6th Street on 110th Avenue NE. This is the closest overflow lot to Meydenbauer Center. Proceed up the hill past Meydenbauer Center. Turn right at light, and left into parking structure.
US Bank Plaza Center Garage
Located on the NW corner of NE 8th St. and 110th St. Proceed up NE 6th Street past Meydenbauer Center. Turn right at the light on 110th Ave NE, go one block and cross NE 8th Street and turn left into the garage from 110th Ave. NE.
Griffin Parking Lot-Surface Lot (Weekends only)
Located off 110th Ave at NE 6th Street. Proceed up the hill past Meydenbauer Center. Turn right at the light, go about 1/2 block north and then enter the surface lot by turning left into the lot. This parking lot has two electronic pay stations. This is a surface lot that can accommodate large and over height vehicles.
Disabled Parking
Meydenbauer Center's garage provides a total of nine disabled parking stalls, several on each floor of garage located in close proximity to the building elevators.
Over height Handicap Parking
Two parking stalls are reserved for vehicles over 6’9” tall with Disabled Parking Permits. They are accessed by turning right into the Bravern entrance on NE 6th Street. From there, guests access Meydenbauer Center via a lift and doors located outside the east doors of Meydenbauer Center.
The lift is locked and operational via a special key. (The state issues these keys to handicapped persons so users should have a key. If not, contact MC security at 425-766-7496).
Vehicles dropping off disabled guests can pull into the drive and drop off guests then continue through the Bravern garage and exit on NE 12th.

Meydenbauer Center's 434 stall underground paid parking garage entrance is located on N.E. 6th Street. Parking in the Meydenbauer lot is charged an hourly or fixed rate depending on the event.

There are also a number of parking garages and surface lots within walking distance of Meydenbauer Center. Availability of parking in these lots varies depending on the time of day and day of the week. Limited two-hour on-street parking is available on 110th Avenue N.E. a few blocks north and south of the Center.
Because multiple events sometimes limit parking availability, we encourage you to explore Metro's commuter services. The Bellevue Transit Center is conveniently located less than a block from Meydenbauer Center.
