In most cases, the Guest Service Manager you booked your meeting with will be your primary point of contact through the entire event process. Your Guest Services Manager brings expertise in event planning and will assist you with space programming, menu development, and on-site support, as well as post event wrap up, invoicing and hopefully rebooking your event.
Unlike many event facilities, the vast majority of our event support services (catering, electrical, data, etc.) are provided by Meydenbauer Center's own staff. In fact, our only external major service provider is our preferred audio visual company. We work with Audio Visual Factory, a local company that has been serving Seattle area meeting planners for over 25 years.
