Power and Internet
Meydenbauer Center is the exclusive provider of all power and data services for the facility, offering a single point of contact and coordination throughout planning, set-up and the event itself. Your Guest Services Manager and our technical team will work with you to coordinate equipment and services and be on-site during your event.
Your Exclusive Internet Provider
Meydenbauer Center is fully wired to provide up to 200 Mbps of dedicated fiber optic connectivity to event management, exhibitors and attendees throughout the facility. We works with two separate internet service providers – Century Link and Comcast – to provide a high level of quality assurance and redundancy. Both services are premier dedicated loops at 200 Mbps, with the ability to increase the bandwidth with 45 days’ notice. Failover service is provided at no cost to ensure that network failure won’t impact your attendees’, presenter’s or exhibitors’ experience.
In addition, our network is monitored internally by Solar Winds software, and we have a third-party IT company monitoring our network off site to allow for the highest level of tracking and reporting. Bandwidth from 3 Mbps shared to 200 Mbps dedicated is available in the exhibit halls, meeting rooms and public spaces.
We offer Internet services to fit your specific needs:
- Web Streaming: If you are using web streaming technology we can offer dedicated partitioning with upload capacity to support your event.
- Network Services: We offer VLAN’s, DHCP or Static IP addressing to serve your technology requirements.
- Wireless Internet: The building-wide system provides several levels of connectivity for event management, exhibitors and attendees.
- Exhibitors Data Services: We offer a variety of service levels to support credit card sales or web demos for your exhibitors.
Whether you need five amps to power a laptop and LCD projector, power for a full lighting production, or a distributed electrical network for trade show exhibitors, Meydenbauer’s in-house technicians can configure, route and deliver the necessary power.
