Meydenbauer Center's chef and catering team go beyond traditional event fare with a focus on distinctive, regional cuisine prepared with flair and designed to delight the senses. Our Bellevue catering team helps event planners meet the challenge of creating an innovative, memorable menu for hundreds of people while still offering out-of-the-ordinary cuisine choices for meetings, receptions and other events.

Whether your catering needs call for a full-course meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, light hors d'oeuvres, or espresso and oven-fresh pastries, Meydenbauer Center's chef offers tasteful solutions that will perfectly complement your event.

If you are hosting an all-day meeting, we invite you to consider one of our all-day meal packages. The Complete Meal Package (CMP) is ideal for groups using one of our fourth-floor meeting rooms or Center Hall. It includes breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments and an executive lunch buffet. If you are hosting a meeting in one of the third floor conference rooms, you might want to consider the Executive Conference Package Menu, which is inclusive of meals, audiovisual services and room rental.
