Executive Conference Suite
Meydenbauer Center's Executive Conference Suite features 2,500 square feet of flexible and private conference space with capacity for 8 to 60 people. The suite's three meeting rooms include reception space, a service pantry and high end audiovisual capabilities. The Conference Suite features high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi or wired connections. These rooms are perfect for board and committee meetings, convention headquarters, VIP or speaker ready room.
Conference Room 303 provides plug and play presentation capabilities on the 65" flat screen TV with computer interface, plus Xbox 360 and DVD Blu-ray. This is the largest room in the suite and allows flexible room sets for up to 40 guests. A private service pantry makes this room ideal for groups wishing to serve snacks, a buffet or a plated meal. Cold beverages are available at all times.
Conference Room 302 provides spectacular views of Mount Rainier, has a fixed board table for 14 and also features a 65" flat screen TV with computer interface and DVD Blu-ray.
Conference Room 301 is a smaller meeting space perfect for meetings of up to eight. Room 301 features a folding glass wall that allows it to open up into the adjoining space to accommodate a reception of up to 60 guests.
Executive Conference Package (ECP) is a per guest, per day all inclusive charge including rent, A/V, food and beverages. Meals and breaks are catered by our award winning culinary staff. We are happy to customize the ECP to meet your event requirements.
