Event Planning

Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, Washington is a 54,000 sq. ft. convention and conference center provides a host of the Northwest's best event amenities including leading edge technology, and innovative catering choices that highlight the distinctive flavors of the Northwest. Our Executive Conference Suite opened in July 2009, featuring 2,500 square feet of private conference space with room for 8 to 60 guests. Many of our clients like the convenience of planning their event with fixed per person rates using our all inclusive Complete Meeting Package.

When you plan an event at Meydenbauer Center you'll work with one of our attentive Guest Services Managers(GSM's). Your GSM provides a single point of contact to help you plan your event from start to finish-taking care of all the details including space planning, contracts, catering, decorations and audio visual needs. We encourage you to fill out a Request for Information Form and contact your Guest Services Manager today.

QUICK & EASY EVENT PLANNING

Our Executive Meetings Manager is available to help you plan your meeting on the spot. With just a few details about your event plans, our Executive Meetings Manager will:

  • Check room availability and reserve space
  • Select menu items
  • Order audio visual equipment
  • Provide an estimated cost summary and get your event contracted

Once we receive your request via Meydenbauer Center's Request for Information Form, our Executive Meetings Manager will contact you to review your request. If you would prefer to contact us via phone please call 425-450-3722. If you have your own RFP prepared, simply send us an email and attach your RFP. Either way, you'll have the information you need to help you get your event going and be on your way in just a short time.
