The building is light filled and airy, with grand staircases. Our 4th floor rooms accommodate banquets for groups of 60 to 400 guests and the scenic Rainier Terrace (weather permitting). For larger events our Center Hall is the perfect venue for groups of 400 to 2,000. Center Hall features lighting and design elements that enhance the up-scale and celebratory feeling of the space which in turn minimizes the need for additional decorations.
