Your online registration form will appear like the sample registration form below. Your Guest Services Manager will coordinate the set up of an online registration account and send you information to get started. You will then be able to customize the registration form with information and images specific to your event. Once you complete the set up steps, a unique URL will be generated that you will use as a link from your website to your event registration form (hosted on www.meydenbauer.com).
