Seattle Chamber Music Society’s Summer Festival Concert #4 at Meydenbauer Center features Beethoven’s String Trio Op. 9 No. 1, Samuel Barber’s String Quartet, Op. 11, and Josef Suk’s Piano Quartet in A minor, performed by Artistic Director James Ehnes and an acclaimed ensemble of SCMS artists. Emerald Ballet Academy’s 2026 Summer Intensive program (July 27th — August 7th) offers aspiring dancers an exceptional opportunity to develop their artistry, technique, and confidence through immersive ballet training led by renowned guest artists and EBA’s distinguished faculty. Hosted at Meydenbauer Center Theatre, the Summer Intensives are designed for dancers of various experience levels and provide focused classical ballet instruction.

This year’s program features internationally acclaimed guest instructors:

– Veronika Part – Classical Ballet: Former Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre, celebrated worldwide for her artistry, elegance, and technical excellence.
– Alysson Rocha – Classical Ballet: International ballet artist and educator known for his dynamic teaching style and commitment to developing strong classical technique.

Together with Emerald Ballet Academy’s experienced faculty, these distinguished guest teachers will provide students with exceptional mentorship in a supportive and inspiring learning environment. Emerald Ballet Academy is proud to bring world-class ballet training to our local community while fostering an encouraging atmosphere where students can thrive.
