Meydenbauer Center offers 54,000 square feet of meeting rooms and event space in a range of sizes to suit 2 to 3,500 people. Facilities include column-free ballroom and exhibit space, meeting room and breakout space, a presentation, lecture and performing arts theeatre, and an executive conference suite. All of our meeting space is flexible and suitable for any event or gathering. Center Hall Ballroom and Exhibit Space

Center Hall A & B at Meydenbauer Center are the eastside's largest and most flexible meeting space with a total of 36,000 square feet of column-free space.  Elegantly appointed for a gala celebration, corporate presentation, or concert, yet equipped with all the built in utilities for a trade or consumer show.

Looking for options?  Level 4 of Meydenbauer Center has nine individual rooms ranging in size and configurable for maximum flexibility.  Groups ranging in size from 30 - 600 are ideal for this space.

Presentation, Lecture and Performing Arts Theatre

The Theatre at Meydenbauer is the perfect location for a full-production event or as an elegant lecture hall.  With 410 seats and a sloped floor, line of sight for any attendee is perfect.   The welcoming atmosphere combined with the full-fly loft and technical capabilities for any event will leave everyone feeling like a star.

Executive Conference Suite

Meydenbauer’s Center Executive Conference Suite features 2,500 square feet of flexible and private conference space with a capacity of 1 to 60.  The suite’s three meeting rooms include reception space, high-end audio-visual capabilities and a private  service pantry.  High-speed internet via Wi-Fi or wired connections.  These rooms are perfect for board or committee meetings, convention headquarters, and VIP or speaker ready room.
