BEST OF IBT GALA 2022, a showcase production in support of Ukraine

The 20th Anniversary Season of The International Ballet Theatre continues with a spectacular showcase of talent, passion, and dance. A collection of work performed by guest artists and IBT company members, the Best of IBT production gives our community a chance to witness the beauty of ballet as it’s meant to be seen.

But this year will be different. With the tragedy that is plaguing our Ukrainian families and neighbors, our upcoming Best of IBT production will be in support of Ukraine and feature world-renowned Ukrainian dancers and former IBT company members.

Featuring KATERINA KUKHAR & ALEXANDER STOYANOV
This year, joining our production are Katerina Kukhar and Alexander Stoyanov, the Prima Ballerina and Principal Dancer of the National Ukraine Opera and Ballet Theatre. These brilliant dancers known the world over will perform an Adagio from the ballet Romeo and Juliet and the Pas de deux from Carmen.

Plus! FORMER IBT COMPANY MEMBERS
Several former IBT company members will also be joining our cast. Nikita Baryshnikov of Houston Ballet II, as well as Julia Ostrovskaia and Alisa Nishanova, will return to the stage where they started and perform both classical and contemporary pieces.
